  • Strong command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrates agility and a focus on achieving results.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is considered a bonus.

Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering, routing, and returning phone calls.
  • Manage email correspondence and schedule meetings.
  • Conduct data entry, research, and gather information as required.
  • Update contact lists and efficiently organize and manage spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Assist in managing transactions and ensuring critical dates are met.
  • Prepare documents and generate activity reports.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Google Workspace), Microsoft Office programs, and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic. Managing all social media platforms.
  • Creating and publishing relevant content.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Brand representation across all Social Media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
